Short Biography
Marcus Vinícius Chaffim Costa is Assistant Professor with the Electronic Engineering Faculty of the University of Brasília at Gama (FGA) and collaborates with the Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering (PPGEB). He has Ph.D. (2014) degree in Electronic Engineering (PGEA) from the University of Brasília (UnB), M.Sc. (2008) and B.Sc. (2006) degrees in Electrical Engineering (ENE) from the same institution. His research has emphasis on Signal Processing, including mainly the following topics: Digital Signal and Image Processing, Signal and Image Data Compression, Biological Signal Processing, Biomedical Engineering, Signal and Image Analysis and Power Quality.
